How does the chatbot works & delivered to client?

1. Register your website. Once you are registered by subscribing to a chatbot package, We will then prepare your own, dedicated chatbot and send via email in less than 72 hours, depending on the package you have chosen we might request some content each as logo, colour branding etc. 

2. Copy Paste the JS code on your website. A tiny bit of code, that’s all it takes to get started. Copy and paste the provided code into your website template and boom! Your chatbot will appear.

3. Let your visitors ask the questions. When your visitor arrives on your website they’ll be able to ask questions and search through your website’s content. Our GPT-based AI model will reply to your user.

You can update and review the content that is used by the AI assistant so you can remove unnecessary text, and add more custom content.

Do we accept sitemap?

We follow your sitemap. You don’t have one? No problem. To avoid using content that we shouldn’t use, we strictly follow your website’s sitemap.xml file to fetch the available URLs that must be analyzed.

If you don’t have a sitemap, we recommend a sitemap generator to generate one for your website automatically.

Is there a chatbot onboarding after payment?

After subscribing, you’ll be directed to an instructional page to guide you through our onboarding process. This process includes a contract that we’ll need you to sign. If necessary, we may also request additional information to tailor your Chatbot to your specific needs. We’re here to make the onboarding experience as smooth and seamless as possible for you.

What is the timeframe to build client chatbot after payment?

Once you have provided us with all the requirements we have asked for. The chatbot should be ready in less than 48 hours. Please bare in mind the delay will only happen if the client has not sent all requirements we have asked for.
